Status of the information

Prices, layouts, availability and dates come from the developer's materials and are valid as of 14 August 2026. The developer may change them without notice. Nothing here is a public offer; the terms of any purchase are set by contract.

Images

Every project image is a computer render supplied by the developer. Construction has not started and no photographs of the finished building exist. The built result may differ from the renders.

Calculations

Dollar figures are converted at ฿32.0 to $1, the rate fixed in the developer's price list. The contract currency is Thai baht. Yield and payment calculations on this site illustrate a method; they are not a promise of outcome.
