What we collect

Through the enquiry form: your name, phone number, preferred contact channel and the page the enquiry came from. We do not ask for an email address. The form also records how long it took to fill in — this is bot protection, not profiling.

The sender's IP address is stored only as an irreversible hash, used to rate-limit submissions. The original address cannot be recovered from it.

Why

The only purpose is to answer your enquiry and help you choose an apartment. We do not sell or pass data to third parties for advertising. Form data goes to our internal enquiry log and to a notification for the sales manager.

Legal basis

Your consent, given by the checkbox under the form. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to info@sainttropezphuket.com; we respond within 30 days.

Retention

Enquiries are kept for no longer than 24 months, after which records are deleted automatically.

Cookies and analytics

No advertising or tracking cookies are set before you consent in the banner. Technical cookies remember your banner choice and your shortlist of apartments; both stay in your browser only. Declining analytics takes exactly one click, the same as accepting, and we do not ask again.

International transfers

We are a company in Thailand and process data here. If you contact us from the European Union, the transfer is made on the basis of your explicit consent.
