What Nai Thon is like
Nai Thon is one of the quietest bays on the west coast. The beach runs 1.4 km, hemmed in by headlands at both ends, with casuarina trees and Sirinat National Park land along the shore.
There is no mass tourism here — no nightlife strip, no rows of bars. The hotel presence is the Pullman Phuket Arcadia, two minutes away. Banana Bay next door is six minutes and quieter still.
People choose Nai Thon for the quiet: a handful of restaurants by the beach in the evening, and a hypermarket 20 minutes away for the big shop.
Nai Thon already has Sea Heaven under construction — three phases from the same family group — plus the Phuvista villas. Buildable land near the beach is limited: national park on one side, hills on the other.
The project sits inside a larger master plan
Saint Tropez Naithon is not a standalone building but part of a wider development the same group is building in Nai Thon. Sea Heaven is already running; 7 more components — a community mall, a hotel with a conference centre, a wellness centre, a club and villas — are announced in the district plan.
