Second generation of the family that founded JSP Property. Has run family group companies since 2009 and has sat on the board of JSP Golden Land and JSP Property Management since 2013. Bachelor of Business Administration (University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce), graduate of the Thai Institute of Directors programme and Chulalongkorn University’s RECU programme.
1990The Manotamraksa family founds JSP Property, going on to deliver 50+ projects across Thailand: commercial property, housing, condominiums and large mixed-use complexes.
2021JSP Property joins forces with SENA Development PCL. The family's second generation founds Bestart-Heaven Co., Ltd. for resort investment property in southern Thailand, starting in Nai Thon and Nai Yang.
2022JSP Property becomes SENA Property PCL.
